This new 12,000 square foot office facility combined their two offices at distant locations to provide more space and flexibility. The building features an attractive grand entrance and foyer design, utilizing brick veneer and a pitched architectural standing seam roof system. The steep roof pitch allowed for the design of a second floor for storage and future office additions. A drive-thru window in the rear provides a convenient way for vendors and customers to make transactions.

The structural support for this building is provided by a pre-engineered steel building system. This project demonstrates the flexibility of steel buildings with reguard to architectural presentation and material choices. It is a common misconception that a steel building must "look" like a steel building or warehouse.
