The Fazoli's® concept was created in 1988 by Jerrico, which was then the parent company of Long John Silver’s. Two years and five restaurants later, the concept was sold to Seed Restaurant Group, Inc., which is based in Lexington, Kentucky. Since then, Fazoli’s has grown from a handful of restaurants in Lexington, to 330 thriving company owned and franchised Fazoli's Restaurant locations spanning 28 states (as of June 1, 1999). From Florida to Arizona and Wisconsin to Virginia, Fazoli’s is serving "Real Italian. Real Fast.®" and doing it at affordable prices. Today, Fazoli's Restaurants employ approximately 6,000 people across the country.

This particular restaurant was recently completed on Judson Road in Longview. Another Fazoli's is currently being planned in south Tyler.
