Warren attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Honors. Warren is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas. Other states of registration include Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Tennessee. Warren established Simmons Construction, Inc. in 1975, and have been representatives for Butler Manufacturing Company since 1976. Warren currently has over thirty-five (35) years of construction and engineering experience.

Donald attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1978 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Business Finance with Honors. Donald is involved in sales and marketing of construction and real estate in Tyler and East Texas since 1983. Donald currently has over twenty (20) years of construction and real estate experience.

Terri Ford became business manager for Simmons Construction, Inc. in August 2008. Terri has a combined total of 23 years experience in accounting and business procedures with the majority of her career focused in the construction industry. Terri is responsible for office administration including all bookkeeping, receivables, payables, and financial reporting.

Floyd has been with Simmons Construction, Inc. for over eight (8) years, and has extensive experience in construction methods and procedures.
