Celebrity's major projects consisted of a 150,000 sf. distribution warehouse and 15,000 sf. office area constructed in 1992, a 122,500 sf. manufacturing/distribution warehouse/showroom constructed in 1994, and a 50,000 sf. warehouse addition to Celebrity's Cluett Division in 1995. Their distribution warehouses utilize state-of-the-art rack systems, and buildings are equipped with ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) fire sprinkler systems. Also, buildings are equipped with industrial infrared heating and advanced exhaust/ventilation systems that provide for 4-5 air changes per hour.
